- Final Sale Items
All beauty products, scarves, and handbags are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items. - Clothing Returns
Returns are accepted on unworn clothing items only. Customers must notify Fancy Fresh within 1–3 days of receiving their order to request a return. - Store Credit Only
Approved clothing returns will be issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original form of payment are not provided. - Clothing Exchanges
Unworn clothing items may be exchanged for a different size or for another product of equal or greater value. - Condition of Returned Items
Clothing must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition to qualify for a return or exchange. - Items of Greater Value
If you exchange an item for a product of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. - Return/Exchange Approval
Customers must contact Fancy Fresh within the required 1–3 day notification period before sending any item back. Please email fancyfreshbrand@gmail.com to request approval. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. - After the Notification Period
Return or exchange requests made after the 1–3 day period may be denied.
