- Product Availability
All Fancy Fresh products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product offerings at any time without prior notice. - Product Information
We make every effort to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, and images as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, or production differences. - Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Fancy Fresh reserves the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, or product availability at any time. - Orders
Orders are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted. Fancy Fresh reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances. - Preorders
Preorder items are purchased before their official release or availability date. Estimated release and shipping dates are subject to change. By placing a preorder, you agree to wait until the item becomes available for fulfillment. - Final Sale Products
All beauty products, scarves, and handbags are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. - Clothing Returns
Returns are accepted on eligible unworn clothing items only. Customers must contact Fancy Fresh within 1–3 days of receiving the order. Approved returns are issued as store credit only. - Clothing Exchanges
Unworn clothing may be exchanged for a different size or another product of equal or greater value. If the replacement item costs more, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. - Condition of Returned Clothing
Returned clothing must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, fragrance, makeup, or alteration may be refused. - Return Authorization
Customers must receive approval before returning an eligible item. Email fancyfreshbrand@gmail.com within the required return period. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. - Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Fancy Fresh is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. - Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is generally handled by that carrier. Customers should contact Fancy Fresh promptly if there is a delivery issue so we can review available tracking information and assist where possible. - Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that appears damaged upon arrival, contact fancyfreshbrand@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. - Promotional Codes and Discounts
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates. Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions may not be combined. Discounts cannot generally be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases. - Intellectual Property
